We led end-to-end content design for a new site-builder feature in an enterprise service management app that helps teams customise their help centres.
The work involved synthesising research insights, mapping user journeys, and creating concept models and content patterns. We audited the existing experience and aligned cross-functional teams on language and terminology.
We also delivered UX copy, documentation strategy, and release communications to support the feature across the product experience and its related content.
