We worked with the tado° team to improve the clarity and usability of its Smart Thermostat installation guides.

Through user research, complaint analysis, and support ticket reviews, we identified common pain points and tested potential solutions hands-on. We rewrote the guides in plain language, collaborating with engineers, designers, and support teams to make the instructions clearer and easier to follow.

The result was a set of clear, reliable installation guides designed to help users set up their devices with greater ease and confidence.
